Week One:These videos help me understand the mean median and mode better than i did before, i now know that for the mean all you have to do is count,divide,and add for the median you put the numbers in order from least to greatest then you circle the numers that apppear twice then add those numbers and divide by two for the mode you got to find the most common numbers from least to greatest the the numbers that are the same are the mode.
So basiclly for mean, median, and mode all you got to do is add,divide or count, to get the answer on what ever you are doinand forvmedian and mode you put the numbers in order form least to grestest.
outliers:you can detect outliers by using a scatter plot, scatter gram, scatter dot, or a box plot, a outlier is a dot that is not in or on the line or box, outliers are extremely high or low value in the data, you have to find Q1 and Q3 in order to do that you have to find an odd number you still need to find Q1, Q3, etc. For these they usually end up on the values.
