i choose these two videos because they both started of putting the

numbers in oreder from least to greatest. They both added the numbers together

and then divided them by the amount of numbers there are to geth the mean.

To get there median they both had two numbers in the middle so they

had to add them to numbers togther and divid by 2. You always do this but only

if it's two numbers in the middle. Both of the teachers did the range last because you take the lowest number and the highest number; subtract both of them to get your answer and your highest number is alway the

outlier.

These two video's are songs about mean. medain, and mode.

Their songs expain all the steps on finding the mean median and mode, even range.

They both give examples on the problems there sovling in the video. The video with the legos

were a little different. They did more mutliplication to solve the problems.

That measn they were working bacwards.

Both of these videos have very good details. These two teachers both break

down the steps. They show the steps you need to use a calculator to be able

to do standard deviation. You also need to know what the symbols for mean,

medain, mode, range, etc to be able to figure out the answers. Standard diviation is the spread of the data from the mean.

The Box and whisker plots is the same thing to finding the outlier. You take the lowest

extreme and the highest extremem. then find the median. The you find the

mediian between the lowest and highest extreme to get the upper and lower quartile.

Histograms are the frequency of something. The teacher collected his data to see how many times and people road a roller coaster.

The teachers in this video explain outliers very well. Outliers is when you

find the numbers on each side of the median that are in the middle.

First you start of with finding the lower and upper extreme, thats just the lowest and

highest number. Then you find the median, you take the middle number

between the lower extreme and the median and that will be the firtst quartile.

Do the same thing for the other side.

All of my videos on week two have broken down quartiles. These teachers just explain it

in a quick and easier way than the rest. They but them in steps just like other teachers.

This video is very helpful to people who get it but, don't understand quartiles very well.

You but the numbers in order from least to greatest just like the other teachers.

Both of these teachers explain the steps more vague then the others because they didn't

take alot of time explaining what certain things mean.
