The first three video's are obviously about mean, median, and mode. These three videos help teach you the correct ways to figure out the mean, median, and mode. The videos basically tell you if you are doing the mean, the median, or the mode wrong. The videos are kind of lame. But it doesnt matter because they're about mean, median, and mode.
This video shows in order how to do the mean, median, range and mode. it shows you how to do the mean first. Second it shows you how to do the range. Even though the mean and the range are like the same thing. But anyways after the range they show you how to do the median. And lastly they show you how to do the mode.
standard deviation .
Even though this video is really long, it gives you step by step instructions on how you do standard deviation. it tells you basically kind of the long ways to do it. But its a really good video. It could help some people with their standard deviation. So yeah, i skipped most of the video.
This man talks alot. But he makes sence. I only watched like a few minutes and then just kept skipping through the video. But he explained what the standard deviation was. And even though this video is just a few minutes longer then the other standard deviation video, i think this video is better. Because it shows you how you get the formula and every thing. Week 2
These two videos are on outliers. the first one is about how to detect outliers and the second one is correcting outliers. An outlier is the number thats like different. For example if you had 1,2.3.4 and 9 , 9 would be the outlier.
These two videos are about quartiles. Quartiles are the values that divide a list of numbers into quarters. The first video i picked cause he was an asia and their smart so yeah. But no for real i picked the first one becausei figured that since he was a mathmatical director person he would now what he was talking about . And the second video i picked because it had a lot of bright, colorful details on the screen before i even clicked the video. So basically it caught my eye.
The first video was only two minutes and some seconds. There for i watched all of both of the videos. I picked this video because tells you and shows you how to do the histograms and the box plots using JMP. The second video is about making a box and whisker plot in excel 2007. i picked this video because it has step-by-step written and shown directions. This video is almost nine minutes long though. But you get the point.
